How do you figure out how much 2 take? Like how much protein do you take for cutting and for bulking along with carbs and fat? How do you all know how much to consume?

This is how I do it.
Bulking: Protein - 2 grams of protein per lb of goal weight. So, say your goal is 200 lbs, you'd take in 400 grams of protein per day. Cutting: Protein - 1.5 grams of protein per lb of goals weight. So, say your goal is 180 lbs, you'd consume 270 grams of protein per day. Carbs - Everyone is different, and everyone has a different opinion, I'm sure plenty of people will be willing to give you theirs. Fat - 20% of total calories when bulking, and I go 30% of total calories when cutting to make up some of the carbs that I cut.
