Thoughts on this cutting diet.
I will be doing a 8 week cycle that will consist of 150mg fina eod 100mg prop eod and 50mg winny ed.
My stats: age is 33 5'8" 224 lbs. 12-14% bf Goals: get down to about 7-8% bf and gain some lean muscle. Cycle history: 1st and 2nd were 500mg test 300mg deca 35mg dbol. third was 500mg test 150mg fina eod 300mg EQ. 6:30 am 45 min. cardio on empty stomach 4x week 7:30 am 50mg protien shake 75mg dex. 1 tbl flax oil 9:00 am pre workout meal 42 grams egg whites 1/2 cup oatmeal 10:00 am workout 45-60 min. hit it hard and get the hell out. 11:15 am post work out meal same as 7:30 meal 12:45 pm 7 oz chicken, yam and 1/2 cup greens 3:30 pm 7 oz. chicken 1/2 cup greens 6:30 pm tuna=50 grams protien, 1/2 cup greens 11:15 pm 1 cup f/free cottage cheese,f/f jello or f/f pudding with splenda 1 1/2 gal water per day 12:00 sleep and grow!! |
