Best Nutrition Software?

I am wondering which is the best nutrition or diet software that can keep track of your diet with grafs and information?

ya definately go with fitday! Awesome site, especially if you generally eat the same things on a daily basis. Just pick the food and portion, and it customizes everything! You can also take the nutritional info off the label and customize your own foods, or whey, etc

i just use an excel spreadsheet and have the values for the foods i usually eat just at the bottom then i just pase it into the cells for 'meals' and let it autosum for a daily total
