Favorite Source Of Carbohydrates--What's Yours?

I'm interested in what many of you consider your favorite, or best, source of complex carbohydrates. I'm kind of stuck in a rut on my sources and need some that I may have overlooked. Thanks BB.

Wink

I get about 300 grams of good quality protein a day. I already do the oatmeal and brown rice. Never heard of brown before and white after a workout, I hadn't been eating white rice because of its hig glycemic index, but I'll give it a shot. I've been eating oatmeal about an hour before workouts, plus a protein bar. Anyone ever tried pearled barley? BB

Have you tried those hot cereals like Cream of Wheat or Malt-o-meal? I love those things...

Pasta would definately be my favorite But I eat oats everyday for breakfast. I can't stand brown rice though! Sweet potatoes are ok for a change.
