Issues with "bad" foods lately...
I don't exactly understand it. The past two nights I have gone out with my friends and just plain hung out. They all had "snacks" out and I ate them. It was shit like cookies, chips, and other shit like that. I felt really sick last night and well, lets just say you don't want to know what happened. I didn't eat too much of the snacks either, more than I'm sure I should have, but not like a "binge". Could this have happened because I stopped eating that kind of stuff and just don't have a tolerance for it?! Or could it be due to me taking Creatine? <-I think thats crazy. I dunno. I happened again tonight. My tummy hurts so much.

awww you'll be fine. your body just got used to eating certain foods and you overloaded it with junk. If you have a strict diet and eat loads of foods you don't normally eat you can get nauseous and have the runs. neither of which are fun.

OH yea, that will help. When I was little I used to eat ginger snap cookies and that would help my tummy

I know when I've been eating pretty healthy for a couple months, and the other day I had some greasy chinese food, and I felt sick to my stomach all night. Greasy food can do that in the first place, but I agree with trippersgirl that your body gets used to things, and changing it up too quick will likely irritate it.

you probably are sick from either a sugar or sodium overload, depending on what you ate....when you do this again (because your human and you eventually will) drink a lot of water and your body will flush some of the overload out quickly!

im the same way, i really cant eat any fast foods anymore, i feel like shit when im done eating them, i feel like lazy and tired and my stomach kind of bothers me too. i steer away from it unless i get like a grilled chicken sandwich from wendys or something like that. i know it isn't the best, but it is much better than all the other shit they have there

Yeah, eating healhty can do that to ya. When my friends want to go out and get a burrito late on a weekend night, I pass on it.....I know I can't handle that type of food no more..guess thats the price you pay
