Anybody else sweat after eating??
My GF thinks I'm an inferno because if I eat something, I almost always start sweating for a little bit.
Ex. Tonight I picked up a rotiserie chicken, I sawed off one of the breasts and woofed it down. About three minutes after I finished eating, I started sweating. It felt like a hot flash, like the temp in the room had gone up 10 degrees.... Somebody tell me I'm not the only one that this happens to...

LoL, I'm sure I'm eating too fast...
sometimes it's hard, especially at work when I only get 30minutes to wash my hands, heat up some food, and inhale it. I guess it wouldn't be so bad if I just had a little salad like the little asian girls at work.

Try what i do, on sunday I will make a pretty big sub sandwich. Then i will bring pieces of it to work, and cut alittle off every couple hours and have some sort of snack along with it. It works pretty good.
Then you won't get to your lunch and be dying of hunger and scarf it down so fast you cant taste what your eating. Try to keep some food around you as much as you can. If you got a desk stock it with food. |

double, I'm exactly like you. I wolf down a pound or more of food in a few minutes, and a couple minutes later I get hot flashes, if I'm at home I usually take off my shirt cause it feels like the room is heating up. heh, I thought it was just me that was like that.
What's the word on eating fast? I heard you get more full if you eat slow, because it gives your stomach time to tell you it doesn't want more food. On the other hand, if you eat to fast I heard you can get full faster. |

It's really not good for you too wolf down a meal like that, I used to do it. Your better off always having some food at your disposal, then waiting all day to eat and inhaling your food.
You should enjoy your meals, not be sweating through them like your doing a heavy set of squats. If you eat every few hours you won't get to the point where you have to eat like that |

Well often times at work, the only time I am able to be around any food at all is 30 minutes.
So I figure it's better for me to consume the most I can during that time. Rather than not consuming enough, and trying to play catch up after work...

Yeah I know how it gets hard sometimes finding time to eat at work, I try to keep food around me as much as possible.
