5 grams of creatine??
I'm going 2 start creatine later this week and the tub says 2 do 5 grams a day
But i'm not sure what 5 grams is it a table spoon?? |

a pretty flat one at that, if you take a heaping one it'll be close to 10g, i've actualy weighed it out on a scale before. obvioulsy depends on the spoon, but it seemed normal size,

Your wrong one tablespoon is 15g a Teaspoon has 5g.
