Plateau is here!
I have been dieting for almost 6 months. Made some progress, lost 6 inches in my waist. Anyway being on the low carb for so long is starting to take it's toll on the brain. I have been forgeting stuff, drifting in and out during conversations. Even while driving I would be off in la-la land in my mind and miss the exits I needed.
All my lifts have dropped in weight, ths good thing is, my arm, shoulder and leg size haven't dropped much. I am going to take a week off of the low carb, just to see what my gains/losses will be. I worked out at lunch today and haven't had a pump like this in months, hopefully I can keep the weight off now. I will still be busting ass on cardio. That's all. |

Yeah I would be careful with the whole low carb thing, It's really unhealthy. If it's making you feel like that stay off it man

Meat12, what is your diet looking like? There is good possibility that if your carbs may be low enough and your fats high enough that you are entering a state of Ketosis which would explain the "brain fog". Check out www.C-K-D.com I bet you can bust through this plateau with no problem. |
