JUICE will become famous soon enoughJUICE will become famous soon enough
do i still have to watch what i eat if.......

i got a very fast metabolism. Mines pretty much fast as hell, i can eat whatever i want and wont put on much fat , unless its junk foods. The reason i say this is because im gonna hit the cardio hard now that summer is coming and wanna eat the same way im eating but with cardio since i got a fast metabolism abd dont wanna lose my current muscle size.

You definitely still need to watch what you eat. I too have a very fast metabolism and if you do cardio, you're gonna lose it. I don't do any cardio at all and i can still keep slim.

lucky bastard, Keep some measurements, BF, Tape etc, if you see the size going down but not BF then you know you are losing muscle. Add in small amounts of cardio, 3x week 30 min, if that is helping lose BF then keep it where it is, if not then add more the next week and keep monitoring it until you get the results you want.

meat12 is on a distinguished road
Maybe step up your carb intake a little to make up for the diiference in your energy output to input when starting all the cardio. Then you won't be using your back up energy sources (Fat, Protien) and they can be used for their primary purposes. (of course protein for tissue building)

Alot of times when your not taking in enough carbs and increasing activity levels your body will go to the back up sources for energy and thats how you end up loosing muscle tissue. Because your body starts using protein for energy and it can't use it for tissue building like it should .

So overall I would say just to step up th carbs alittle with the added cardio and you won't see any muscle loss

Metabolism or not, health wise it is not a good idea to eat everything. My metabolism is high too, and sometimes I find myself eating an excess of cheese and other dairy. Then I remember about that thing called cholesterol and heart disease, especially with the family history I have. Been there done that, and have since brought me chol down to normal. I know that the cardio will conteract this and give you excellent cardiovascular fitness, but I still think we should always be conscious of what we are taking into our bodies at all times.

cause check it out guys. Last time i was trying to cut up without gear, just eating healthy and all. I started doing cardio 3 times a week at 30 minutes each. I was eating nothing but protein, low carbs, and the fat was low, eating good fats. I started losing the gut and all, looking leaner but also shrank alot in muscle size. Hey my sister jogs like crazy, eats alot and still maintains her figure and is lean. So im guessing, we are the same. I shrink if i eat right.

What about doing higher rep sets than cardio? Like 20 or so...and doing some super and giant sets?

What about super-setting and giant-stting with high weights then?

I have a metabolism that has never slowed down, I burn through more food in an hour that most people my age do in a day. I still always do cardio though, but I only burn 100 calories then I'm done. I do this before each workout for 3 reasons. To get my heart rate up, to burn my 100 calories, and to release all my testosterone from my groin area/legs. I discovered that my freshman year in college running track. I put on most of my weight after running hours and hours. So I went and asked my Strength and Conditioning Coach who said that any good quick cardio i.e. sprints, intense 7 minute burst will increase your size and still drop/maintain bodyfat %.
