When finding out what you need to consume for caloric intake when dieting down, bulking, ro what ever what method is perfered???? Using the BMR or multiplying th bodyweight by a certian number to get the caloric intake. I am planning on a summer bulking cycle for 12 weeks but I want to get the diet going so when the cycle is ready my food is already dialed in. Any advice on this.

Well, can't you just use that equation to work out your basal metabolic rate is and then use that to calculate how many calories you need to take for cutting and bulking? Can't remember the equation, but it is floating around in the forums somewhere.....

You could use a formula, but they're not going to be exact. If you know how many calories you eat per day now, and you're maintaining, then you'll know to drop 500 calories a day to drop a pound a week, or the opposite to gain.
