Looking to add some serious size just from eating before doing my next cycle in a couple of months, But I am a real hard gainer. Will keep all updated when I get started..

eat 3500-4000 calories a day, 40 percent protein, 40 percent carbohydrates, 20 percent from good fats.

eat as few shakes as possible try to make your meals solid,
eat complex carbs other than around your workouts eat simple carbs
little to no cardio if you do cardio at all do low intensity for 30 minutes (no running too catabolic)
drink a shake with carbs and some olive oil or flx seeds every night before bed, if you dont sleep all night drink another one when your up
lift heavy with moderate to low reps, medium sets a weight you can do for 6-8 reps for about 4 sets should do the trick for most muscles except legs and abs and such.
just my .02
