Please help me with my diet!

Hey everybody, im trying hard to get cut up for a summer vacation in about 2 months. Im 5'7, 175, 18-20% body fat, cardio 4 days a week, lift 5. Here is my current diet/workout

7:00 - 20-30 mins cardio
7:45-8:00 - 3-4 scrambled eggs
10:00 - protein shake
12:00 - salad with grillled chicken
1:30 - beef jerkey (small amount)
6:00 - workout for approx 1 1/12 hrs
7:30 - grilled chicken, tuna, or steak with veggies
Before bed - low carb protein shake

Ive been sticking to this diet pretty good for the past few weeks, cut out beer, and usually only cheat once or twice on the weekend. Is there anything that anybody can reccomend for me. Any help will be greatly appreicated.

stop cheating once or twice on the weekend, add some green tea as a thermogenic to help your appetite, drink you a diet pepsi or a diet cherry coke to stop your sweet tooth if that is an issue[/color]

Thanks for the feedback, but I have one question about not running: I normally run a few miles each morning and finish up with ten to fifteen 100 yard sprints, is this not a good idea?

running will burn nuscle and fat, its fairly catabolic. If you just want to concentrate on losing fat then keep your heart rate in the 80 percent range and it will concentrate on just fat. (assuming you fuel your workouts with simple carbs) If you just want to lose pounds on the scale , then run all you want , but your gonna burn some muscle.
