What are your goals for your body ?
I have spent the last few years cycling between a major calorie deficit and using a.s. to maintain my muscle and then upping my calories and clean bulking to gain some more muscle to help me raise my metabolism to further help me lose more fat. my end goal is 240-270 depending on what i look like at 240 and 12-15 percent bf for a nice comfortable easy to manage look .

At 165# and 11%. By end of summer want to be at firm 180# and about 9%.

190 -200 @8-9% bf. Started @ 235at least 18 % bf. about 5 years ago. Right now 183@ 10% bf possiibly less Im testing tomarrow. 5'9 btw

My goals are to go pro. I'm 6' tall and weigh in at 275 w/ 18%bf right now. Currently starting a cutter to drop down to 10% or so, then back to bulking. My first milestone goal is to hit 275 at <10%. Once I get there, I'll know if I need to go bigger.

Was 152lbs, 12%.
Currently 177lbs, 14%. Want to get to 205lbs, 10% within 9 months. |

Now- 6"3" and 220 lbs at about 12% bf Want- 6"3" and 270 ish lbs with about 8-10 %bf |

i currently weigh 160 lbs, wanna weigh 170 by summers end. it would be nice to add 10 lbs of clean muscle. maybe a little far fetched, but it would be nice
