Question -NEED HELP ON DIET-

i need help on my diet....

i wanna gain weight...im currently 190lbs..5'11 19yrs old
wanna get up too 220 at least...more later on...but now at least there...and also started my first cycle too....dbol and test E

my job is building retaining walls...so im sweating all day bc right now it just got so hot...and i have a fast metablism
here it goes...

morning-3-4eggs glass of milk...then on way to work i grab chocolate milk..drink that and eat a banana...then lunch time...i eat meat sandwich and 1or 2 pj sandwiches and rasins and another banana...water all day at least 2gallons....then get home around 430-5....i try to get my protein shake down with some olive oil...then i eat dinner...big dinner...for example today i had 2 cheese steak sandwiches and milk and some cottage cheese...another example...last nite i had swordfish, potatoes, salad....some lunches along with my meat sandwich..illhave tuna....

so i need help...on gaining weight..i see results...on building muscle...but its slow....

This area of pain divides a champion from someone who is not a champion. That's what most people lack, having the guts to go on and just say they'll go through the pain no matter what happens. I have no fear of fainting. I do squats until I fall over and pass out. So what? It's not going to kill me. I wake up five minutes later and I'm OK. A lot of other athletes are afraid of this. So they don't pass out. They don't go on."

I belive that is the problem with cycling at a younger age man... your body has such a fast metabolism, and is also a huge ball of test already... at that age your hormones are raging . how far along are you in your cycle ? what is your dosages ? Try eating at least 30 grams of protein every 2 hours... set your watch if you have to... no matter what..eat eat eat...
because of how young you are you will have a harder time getting that weight up ..gotta trick your body bro..

you might want to try posting this in the diet/nutrition forum for better responses.. good luck

your diet needs some serious modifications....you are going way to long during the day with not enough protein and good carbs and good fat. Then eating too big of a meal at night. Try incorporating more protein for breakfast and you have no carbs there. Do 5 eggs and have some oatmeal along with some good fat. Then for your mid morning you need more protein that just milk. Have an entire shake and better carbs than babanas, like apples or oranges or berries. White bread, white potatos, and peanut butter that is not natural, are all bad food choices for putting on muscle. You need to do some research and learn a little about nutrition in general and then get some books on some of the latest nutrition for bodybuilding. Knowledge is the key, brotha. We can help to a certain degree, but do a little homework first. Precise nutrition can get very complex and it would takes us days to get that into it. Good luck man.
