late night food cravings
i noticed that lately i have been having late night junk food cravings. i am taking in 150-200 grams of carbs/250 grams prtoein/40 grams fat a day
does anyone have advice to certain foods i should eat before i sleep that help? if i am going to eat in the middle of the night what should i eat to help ease the pain? |
