post wokout meal dilemma

I'm trying to decide how to do my post workout meals. I'm going to be taking creatine and I don't know whether I should take my weightgainer directly after and then my creatine in the next hour or so or my creatine first and then weightgainer in an hour. Or should I take them both at once. I also hear you're post lift meals, well there should actually be like 4 of them. One of like simple carbs, and fast acting protein, then the carbs become gradually more complex over the course of the next 3 and the last one fibrous or something like that. Anybody knwo the scoop on that one while we're at it? I was also thinknig creatine directly after the last set of the day and then weightgainer like 15 minutes later...Anywho the order of creatine weightgainer, post lift, how should it go.

Weightgainer will make you fat, stick with protein shakes. The high protein content will help you put on muscle mass. I was on a weightgainer a long time ago when I didn't know any better, I put weight on quicker, but in my eyes it wasn't the right kind of weight. When bulking up its better to keep the carbs at a reasonable (not too low so you don't feel energy-depleted) level. But weight gainers are very high in carbs and i guarantee you will put on a significant amount of fat.

As for your dilemma, can't you jus mix the creatine powder in with your post workout shake? I was always told that creatine and protein shakes should be taken within half an hour after a workout (obviously creatine before the workout also)
