Shrimp; a good source of protein?
I love shrimp, more than any other type of seafood. Are shrimp a good source of protein? And what is the best way to prepare them?

They are a very lean protein, but as in all shellfish, they contain high levels of cholesterol. Because they are small, you need to take in quite a few to get in enough protein for a meal. Basically, you need to moderate them or have just a few along with another source of protein to keep the cholesterol down.
