what do u think????

Hello to u all, I have just joined this site and am looking forward to getting to no u all. Could use some help with my new diet that has been written for me pleaseeeeee!!!
I have been training now for about nine years but the last two have been bad due to an episode of dvt and pe, and now septasemia which i have just recovered from, so i want to get back into the training as quickly and as hard as possible. I ave listed the diet below that was written for me.

Meal 1 - 100gms oats, 2 scoops whey protein, 1tblspoon udos oil.

Meal 2 - 8oz chicken breast, 1.5 cups rice

Meal 3 - as above

Post workout drink - 2 scoops whey, 4 scoops maltodextrin, 1 tblspoon udos oil.

Meal 4 - 8oz sirlion steak, jacket potato and margerine

Meal 5 - 2 tins tuna, jacket potato

A couple of questions he didnt say wether the cups of rice were cooked or uncooked, i tried uncooked and just couldnt eat it all, much to much for me!!
I am currently 16.5 stone and wish to get back up to 18stone which was my weight a couple of years ago, but i want to make the weight gain lean, i have included a pic of me at the begining of the year at around 17.2 stone.

You will prob need to eat more to gain. You need to study on what different food types are for. For example, oils are great EFAs but you don't want them in the morning or post wo. You need food to digest quickly at those times. Consuming oils then will only defeat the purpoe. Also that last meal is rather early. When do you go to bed? If that is right before bed you need to lose the potato.
