You might want to ad in some variety, you'll get bored of chicken breast all the time, maybe some turkey, tuna, peanut butter etc...

Is this diet from Beverly International? My guess is yes.

The whipping cream for one, makes your shakes tast AWESOME. Although they do have saturated fats, the idea is to use those fats as energy. Your body has to have fats or carbs to use for energy, otherwise it stays in ketosis too long and could cause muscle loss. With the lean red meat and the whipping cream, it's supposed to teach your body how to burn fat. The meat and cream will keep your calories high enough so you can actually build a little bit of muscle.

The Beverly diet works for me and many other of my friends who compete. At your young age, it could do great things for your body.

Don't get freaked out about the fats. You can't let yourself do that. Follow the diet to a T; don't add anything. Fruit already has sugar in it. So adding more may not hurt, but it may not help either. Try taking 1 TBSP with each shake rather than 2. Just so you can get used to it, and realize it's not hurting you.
