Well heh what are you doing? Diet? Bulking or just want to maintain and have Healthy eating habbits. Lunchmeat is not bad. I mean processed foods aren't the best thing for you considering all the sodium but if you watch your sodium you can have that. Depending on what type of cut and brand you get of roastbeef. IF you dont care who looks at you in public just ask the guy the nutritional information they have to show it to you. Or you can look up online. Also your eating all this in one day? Jesus your a monster. But what do I know im just a newb giving no more then what I know. Hope this helps. If not someone is bound to correct me or put in there 2 cents.

So how much you trying to gain?? I hope your going to lift it off because at this pace eating 4-5 sandwiches in a work shift is like woa and youll be jared size in no time. Despite the type of meat your eating unless you properly burn it off with some cardio and workouts.

Lunchmeat, eaten every once in a while is fine, but beyond the added sodium are the sodium nitrities. These compunds increase the free radicals in our blood, which begin to destory muscle tissue.

Healthy choice meats are better than most, so I would stick with this kind or make some of your own by cooking off a turkey or whole chicken and then slicing them thin with a knife. When cooking them, you can use spices to add flavor.
