CAN ANYONE GIVE ME ANY IDEAS OR PRODUCTS TO INCREASE MY IMMUNE SYSTEM AS I KEEP GETTING ILL EVERY FEW WEEKS, ESPECIALLY WHEN ON A COURSE AND IM GETTING A BIT SICK OF BEING SICK, SO PLEASEEEEE HELLLPPPPP MEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Banana's have a compound in them called, Inulin. This compound does help boost our immune system. Also, be sure to avoid refined sugars, as they inhibit our immune system.
These compounds have also been known to boost our immune system: 1. Acidophilus - in yogurt - rebuilds our good bacteria in our gut flora. 2. Garlic - always use this in recipes and dishes. This stimulates our immune system. 3. Manganese - necessary mineral for proper immune system functions. 4. Vitamins A, E, and C. 5. Zinc - very important element for the immune system. 6. Human Growth Hormone - strengthens the immune system - don't eat for 3 hours before you workout and you will get a natural surge of this hormone. Hope this helps. |

take those huge fucking vitamin packs, the ones that make you pee neon yellow for 3 hours afterwards. I never get sick if i'm taking those regularly. Every few weeks sounds like too much, so rather than boosting your immune system might i recommend looking towards what's hindering it. If you're sick while on cycle, is the sickness detracting from the gains and thus negating its effects? if so i'd wait until your immune system has had a significant amount of time to recover before starting another, more than a few weeks. Or perhaps you're simply surrounded by diseases-infested school children or something, in which case, good luck!

I agree with Rocketw19. You should get checked out by a doctor - maybe they will run some blood tests to see if there is any underlying reason for your symptoms. Not trying to scare you or anything but low immunity levels may be symptomatic of a more serious problem, so best to get checked out asap.

What kind of sick?
Depends on what kind of sickness your getting too.. I was getting a "cold" all the time a few years ago. Went to the doc and found out that I had allergies, and they were constantly stressing my immune system, making me more succeptable to other stuff..
Started taking Claratin (sp?) and have not had any problems since. Just a though.. Puma |
