could anyone help me with a eating plan
im currently 13stone and im looking to loose a stone i do mainly running exercises but im looking to add a power plan to my training ie dead lifts squats and so on

182lbs, at the moment im not really eating very healthy id ive just joined a gym doing alot of cardio but im going to add some weights to my training
