A friend bought some and it has alot of protein in it. 15 grams per serving and the huge can has 5 or 6 servings in it. Just wondering.

it's high in sodium and relatively high in fat for chicken.

watch for bones sometimes too--they are not fun to crunch in chicken salad. cut it tastes fine otherwise

it's a good alternative for the tuna when you've had enough for a while. does have fat and sodium though, but can be above 60g protein per can.
