diet plan.

Ok so. this is my diet plan

m1= either oatmeal or eggwhites with some veggies tossed up in it.
m2= a sandwhiche 2 pieces of low carb bread with either tuna(dry) and half a tomato. Sometimes I have a piece of chicken with 1/2 cup of brown rice. OR even 2 tofu dogs. They real low cals and no carbs almost no sodium too.
m3= either chicken or lean ground meat with veggies and brown rice. Or ill just make 8 oz pattie of 92 % beef on the foremans grill. That fills me up big time and ill have some veggies with it. california style mix or bean sprouts with some tomatoes snow peas etc. I have the burger on 2 pieces of low carb bread.
m4= Shake

That's all my stomache will alow me to take. I pace about 3 hrs between meals. I wake up late. Im getting a job soon and will be waking a few hours earlier. Was gonna throw in a meal but. IM not sure how my job will affect me. Its part time and I dont get alot of breaks. Any Suggestions what i could take to work with me for 2 quick meals if i get 2 breaks????? Plz help.
And also what should i do if i cant get to sleep but am hungry??? I dont wanna eat anything wrong but I know anything late night to eat is wrong... Please help. I get the craving to just eat anything but i dont know if im allowed something or not im not sure. Im looking to loose but. about 20 pounds more. Im basically on a low carb diet but getting about 80-100 a diet lol Don't know how low that is but considering the daily value is 300 carbs i think thats low.

For your meal 1- add 3 oz of turkey or chicken, eat the whites and oatmeal as well. Throw in a yolk too!

I would limit your bread intake to 2 slices a day, or not at all. Bread has gluten in it which slows down digestion, and is ultimately not used when wanting to drop BF.

You really need to add a solid 5th meal. That's a big part of why you're hungry at bedtime. If you're not constantly feeding your body, it's gonna hold onto whatever you put in it.Try an eggbeater omelet (cheese & chive is my favorite). Or, you can even go so far as to have anactal meal. 5 oz of turkey or chicken, with 2 cups of veggies.

For convenient snack choices, take some protein powder or Star Kist has tuna packets that you can take anywhere!
