Protein Pancakes Anyone?
Ok, well today I felt like experimenting and I just wanted to share with ya what I did today. Maybe ya can help me tweak is up a bit more.
I wanted to add some protein to my pancakes so, decided to use a few things to make this happen. 1 3/4 Cup of ( Krusteaz Wheat & Honey Pancake Mix ) 1 1/2 Cup of 2% Milk 1 tbsp of ( Silverbow Clover Honey ) 2 Scoops of GNC Pro Performance 100% Whey Protein Cook a few for my girlfriend using some butter on the pan and they were good kind of a little sweat. I might cut down on the honey or on Protein since Vanilla can be sweet.

It just been a few day's since I been on but bodybuilding pancakes make up quite a bit of my daily intake at time,
over the time i've change my recipe several times though, currently what I used is 6 large egg whites 3 tablespoon of wheat glutton(just seems to give them a better texture) also adds some protein and dietary fiber 1/3 to a half cup oats (dry measure), i nuke them in the microwave before i mix them in though then I use between 1/3 to 1/2 a cup of whole grain flour( oat brann flour, sometimes soy flour, just whichever i have) and a scoop of whey |

I have a recipe from this months Oxygen mag, I'll post up here when I remember. There's just oats, protein, water, and egg whites...I think they throw in some bananas for flavor, and use choc. protein as the syrup!

Sound good to me,... I will try this recipes ya are posting here. I just need to really change my breakfast cause it gets boring after a while. I needed more options, than eggs, oat, and orange juice/milk. =P
