% of each at gaining!?

Hi guys, my first post at this community..

Iam trying to make a good diet but I need some help here.

Before I go on you'll get my stats; 6feet 4, 202pounds and BF %approx 12.

Ive know I need about 3600cals ED, but how should the partitioning be? Someone says 40% Pro, 25%Carbs, 35% fat... is that right?

My goal is to gain some serious pounds and shred som BF%.. at least 2%.

Any good sugestions?
