I've had a diet written out for me that equaled about 200 g of protein a day. Now I just do the same plan every day so it's easy to remember.

I just try to take in one gram of protein per pound of bodyweight and divide it up amongst my 6 meals. Sometimes I'll eat up to 1.5g per body pound but never less.

I have never bothered recording it, mainly because I just pretty much eat the whole day. I roughly get around 400-450 grams when bulking. That is really with maybe 1 or 2 shakes.

Never fall below 350 grams per day whether bulking or cutting
It is just so important for muscle growth and its where i feel a lot of BB let themselves down

AT first when I change my diet I measure every food item for a few days then just copy those days from then on. Right now I am trying to get 300g of protein per day, only 150g carbs.
