more questions

i've also done a few other things different with my diet this time around. and am wondering if these things hurt or made no difference

i can't believe it's not butter spray.

it has nothing in it, as far as cal, fat sodium, sugar. when used as cooking, and nothing besides 15mg of sodium if used as a topping. i was told it was ok to use. was i mislead?

the same thing for slpenda and non dairy creamer, i never used it before but was turned on to it with my coffee and other little things. i was told it was ok to use because it has nothing in it.... mislead?

The butter spray is 0 cals for every 5 sprays. If you use over 5, then that is extra calories. Therefore adding calories and other preservatives. It's ok up until 2-4 weeks out depending on your leanness.

Splenda, Equal, Sweet & Low can all be used. They have nothing in them. It's the non-dairy creamer you need to watch out for in your coffee. True it has little calories per serving. But it also has carbs and sugars in it. So, if you use a lot, or drink several cups, it adds up.
