we are questioning you because like Bouncer said - many on this board are competitive bodybuilders. when you list stats like you did - 31" quads at 5'4", 195lbs - you are - compared to the top level amature and pro competitors - A MONSTER.

but the pictures don't portray a person with the stats you listed. like i said - it's better to have a realistic idea of what your goals are. without that, you can't improve.

i don't know what's wrong with your new scale. but i can tell you - it's not reading your bodyweight correctly. period.

Point blank I am 195. 5'4. It could be muscle or it could be fat. Why in the fuk would I lie about something like that. Who the fuk do I need to impress on here? Be serious here. There may be a reason why I am trying to cut bro. I can care less who is bigger than who on this site. The point here is I am trying to cut and seek the right angle. If all you want to do is flame all fuking day then suit yourself this is your site after all.

So are you fat now then? Our those pics old. Do you still look like that or are you much fatter now. If you trully are 195 at your height then you have alot of fat to loose? Would you agree to this? If so then I can help you. But if you tell me your lean, and your 195 at 5'4 then I cannot help you because it is BS going by those pics.

Ok you seem like someone that is serious about getting in shape unlike some people that join up here just to look at porn or whatever.

First things first, Have you experimented on what type of diet works best for you? Like, high protein/high fat/low carb or high protein/high carb/low fat ? Which works best for you. I can lay out a diet that I think may work for you once I know your body type. Im really not an asshole bro, im always willing to help someone that wants to be helped. You were just confusing me with all the measurments and all that.

Cool beef squashed bro.

Well let me start by teling you that I was really over weight lost 100 lbs and got down to where I am at now. This was about 4 years or so ago.

Now I am trying to loose whatever fat I may have left. Before I used to never keep track of macros but I was loosing weight and was taking a low fat approach. That seem to work untill well it didnt anymore. Since then I have tried high fat high pro and well that didnt really work. Unless I am eating too much or not enough activity.

Well first let me say congrats on loosing 100lbs bro that takes work and dedication. Going by your pics you really look good for loosing that much. Face is pretty lean and all. Great Job!!

Ok, one more question and then we can get to work, how many days a week do you train with weights and how much cardio?

Ok 5 days a week of weight training is just fine. Wouldnt want to do more then that anyway.

If time allows, try and get your cardio in first thing in the morning when your body will only burn fat. Do it 3 times a week at 35min per session on a slight incline. Not to fast, just a fast walk.

Make sure when your training that you get in and get out. Meaing, lift hard and dont take any longer then 45min to an hour in the gym.

Now for diet. Try this for a few weeks and lets see how your body responds to it.

Meal 1: 6 Egg Whites 2 whole eggs, 6oz Oatmeal with water and splenda.

Meal 2: 2 scoops IsoPure zero carb protein, 2 Tbsp Natural PB

Meal 3: 6oz lean beef or burger scrambled in with 3 egg whites. You can add some hot sauce or whatever. (You can make this at home and take it to work in tuperware.)

Meal 4: Same as meal 2

Meal 5: Same as meal 3

Meal 6: 6-7oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, Big Bowl of Lettuce or spinach leaves with a oil and vinigar dressing.

Meal 7: 2 scoops Isopure 1Tbsp Natural PB Before Bed

Make sure you are using a good Multi-Vit.

Drink at least a Gal and a Half of water a day.

Try this for 2 weeks and let us know if this works for you or if it dosent. It all about experimenting.

Also, I forgot. After your weight training you can have 20-25 grams of simple sugars like apple Juice or whatever with your protein powder. Only have have 20-25 grams though and only do this post workout.

One more thing to add. You can have regular coffe in the morning. It will give you that kick start you need plus speed up your metabolism a bit.

Also if you look in the recipes section I have about 4-5 different recipes in there that you could try. I have been eating like this for so long that I have had to make things taste different from what im used to. Try them out, there pretty good.

Meal one seems like a hell of a lot of oatmeal. Would that be like almost 2.5 cups worth? Or is that with the water added?

No bro, measure out 6oz of oatmeal. 1 cup= 8oz so it less then a cup of oats. 6oz of oats and water just enough so that the water covers the oats. then just throw it in the microwave for a minute.

Also should I stick with the lean beef sources only or can I also replace that with other P sources i.e tuna, cottage cheese?

and # 2 what is the average protien and fat i will be getting on this diet in grams. I want to make sure I get a number so I can better plan my diet on a daily basis.

Im not sure bro, I never use numbers when I diet or when I bulk for that matter. I keep it simple as I can. If you want numbers do want sana suggested.
