So anyways im still looking to loose 20 pounds and i came to some wut of a stand still but i noticed as i ate some more food usually if it was fattening i lost more weight. I lost 3 pounds this week following my same diet and excercise but i ate dominoes pizza one day a big ass sandwiche from jersey mikes the next and something else the other day and i lost weight. I dont get it. I thought'd id gain but i lost 3 pounds wtf is up with that???

When cutting, it's ok, and beneficial to have a cheat meal. Your body becomes accustomed to what you're feeding it. It will always expect to get chicken, greens, rice...When you throw it a curve ball and give it something like pizza, it speeds up your metabolism because your body got something it didn't normally. Hence, the weight loss.
A portion of it is water, but you need to start having your BF checked regularly to make sure you're losing fat and minimal muscle
