Pre-Bed Protein Shake
I was thinking of trying to use some slower acting proteins before bed versus the whey that I drink now. How's this look...50% Calcium Caseinate/50% Egg Protein.

I'll let you know Bro...I just ordered this blend from proteinfactory.com ...The whey with flax is what I have been doing lately. I've just read a lot about the whey before bed and I think a slower acting protein is going to be better.

Slower absorbing proteins are better before bed but the problem with them is alot of people's stomach cant handle them. Thus, you get gas and bloat. Not the best feeling when you in bed. Not everyone reacts this way but many do. Only thing you can do is try and see.

you could also take whey with the flax and supplement with a low carb fiber product. fiber will help the whey last longer into the night
