what do you think of my cutting diet?

Meal 1- 4 egg whites
1 slice of fat free cheese
1/2 cup of oatmeal
Meal 2- 1 serving ON Whey protein with 1 cup milk
Meal 3- 1/2 cup cottage cheese and 1/2 cup oatmeal
Meal 4- ON whey protein with 8 oz of water
Meal 5- 2 cups cheerios with fat free milk
Meal 6 -6oz tuna with 1tblspoon natural pB
Meal 7- fat free cottage cheese with 1 tblspoon natural PB
Totals- Protein- 200 fat-38 carbs-164 Calories 1801.
I am 6'0 weighing about 165 and 25 years of age. I also wanted to add that before i started this i was only eating 1000 to 1400 cals a day.

Usually I have chicken with meal 5 instead of the cereal. I wanted to know what everybody thinks of this and maybe you can make some changes if needed.

lol you need to bulk... At your height and weight you must be a stick... Cutting is the last thing you need.

i got the same problem bro, im well built from all of my body at 223 now, and the gut is the problem. Its not that saggy gut, nothing like that but a little layer of fat i got, i got the pack there i can see it but the layer is covering it.

You can also eat lean high protein meals bro, while doing cardio. That may help in a whay to reduce the problem. Just try not to eat high fat foods or anything like that. Take some good carbs in your diet but keep the protein high. You wanna build solid quality muscle.

you're eating too much dairy if you're trying to cut. incorporate larger portions of lean meats in, and also add in some more healthy fats (from salmon, nuts, natty pb). you need to eat more to speed up your metabolism and build some muscle on that frame of yours.
