Pablum anyone??

I have been eating some wheat cereal for baby's witch i find to be better in taste then my reg. oatmeal meal.
What you guys think about those kind of carbs?
if this could be the same as eating oatmeal then my life would be way better, but i have a feeling that its not
plus my kid is looking at me weird cuz i'm eating all her cereal LOL

Well bro if your eating for taste then be my guest. But it dosent compare to oatmeal. That stuff has hardly any fiber. oatmeal ingrediants are 100% whole oats. I would stick to oatmeal.
