No fat, about 34grams of carbs made up from sugar.

I eat a banana every day just because they're so easy to grab on the go. I wouldn't worry too much about the carbs because they have so much nutrience... although I don't know about having 5 a day

Fructose isnt a real desirable carb, since fructose fills liver glycogen, not muscle glycogen, but no one can deny the effects of potassium.

hmmm i have this whey stuff. But its like 3 carbs =/. And im not a on a carb diet. Its like 20 g of protein a scoop so i like it. I guess i will go ahead and add banana to it to get some carbs in there.

Strawberries or blueberries would be a much better alternative. Bananas have the one of the highest GI of any other fruits.

Do not knock the bannana. Gorillas live of them and look how strong they are. You should consume something from the jungle group every day.
