too much red meat?

I am bulking right now. 3 steaks per day (out of 7 meals) too much? starting cycle soon, should i eat clean? or just eat as much heavy calorie stuff as i possibly can for the most gains.

Since you're bulking, gaining a little fat isn't something you would be very concerned with. Eat as much beef as you want. The extra creatine will help you some.

you've been training for less than a year. why do you feel the need to start a cycle?

you don't even know a simple nutrition question like this, how can you expect to gain the most of your cycle?

why don't you bulk naturally for another year learn the basics of nutrition, THEN start a cycle?

Three steaks a day must get expensive! One NY Strip, one Del Monico, and one Rib Eye.

Red meat has more fat content in it, so it isn't as lean as white meats. However, on a bulking diet, a little bit of extra fat won't be detrimental to your goals. Worry about that when you're cutting. Otherwise you'll get burnt out on chicken and turkey.

I've never heard of red meat causing gout. Usually is from too much alcohol or eating certain kinds of food rich in purines such as seafood, beans, sweetbreads, gravies and anchovies as well as eating shellfish. However, i'm not an expert.
