Why would you think that you don't train in the offseason? Offseason is the bulking phase, so i'm assuming you mean the cutting phase correct?

a list of food would be:

GET THE FUCK OFF STEROIDS YOU PIMPLY FACED LITTLE TWIT.

you don't even know what to eat and you're on winny for 14 weeks and tren for 10.

you don't EAT when you work out, you eat before and after.

when you work out, you work out.

Foods between off season and contest time dont really change for me. I eat more calories during the off season but I still eat somewhat clean. In the offseason if I want a pizza I will eat it but I dont do that all the time. Im in offseason now and this is an example of what I eat.

Meal 1: 9am. 1200 calorie Weight Gainer Shake Mixed with Oatmeal and Cranberry Juice in a blender.

Meal 2: Pre Workout. 11am. 2 scoops Whey protein mixed with some fruit juice.

Meal 3: Post Workout. 1pm. 3 scoops Isopure, 12oz Fruit Juice 10g Creatine.

Meal 4: 2pm 6 Chicken Tenders mixed up with 2 cups of pasta

Meal 5: 3:30pm 6 Chicken Tenders, 6oz bowl of oatmeal with berries and honey.

Meal 6: 5:30pm 4 Chicken Tenders and 8oz Brown rice mixed with some hot sauce.

Meal 7: 7:30pm 9-10oz lean beef and a few scoops of Peanut Butter

Meal 8: 9:30pm 2 whole eggs and 6 egg whites scrambled and a few scoops of peanut butter

Meal 9: (Before Bed) 11:00pm 2 scoops whey protein

I eat 9 meals a day. This is a little more advanced then most people but I have been doing this along time. You could cut it down into 6 meals if you like. Im just giving you and idea of what I eat like. Hope this helps.

Do you eat the same off slin as you do when you're on? Do meals 4-6 stay or do 2 get dropped?

to keep it so that i don't have to drink such a huge volume of liquid, i use evaporated milk. even when i drink a protein shake.
not many people have the time / lifestyle to eat 9 times per day and it takes a while to get used to this amount of food. but it works for me as it appears to work for bouncer.

i only eat 3 meal a day and if you count the calories here is the result:

morning 9 am)-Breakfast Delux (mcDonalds) with large strawberry shake(32 oz) --- 2,450 calories

later afternoon 3pm) Double Whopper with cheese , large fries with large chocolate shake(32oz) ( Burger King) --- 2,500 calories

at 9pm) Triple Classic with everything(Wendy's) , large fries, larger strawberry malt (32oz)(Dairy Queen) --- 2,700 calories

add them up and i get 7, 650 calories each day. It warries day to day but it all comes close to 8, 000 calories. Now I got to point out that I feel extreemely hungry before each meal. Which serves right for brain.

That diet is terrable. First of all your not supplying you muscle a steady supply of protein and nutrients every 2-3 hours like they need. Instead your starving them and then bombarding your body with way to much at one time. Your body will store half of that as access fat.

no this isn't cutting diet, opposite offseason bulking , although i'm going to stretch the bulking offseason till the end of next year almost. I also like to point out that the body will not just store every single excess calorie as bodyfat, but will slowly adapt itself into a greater and greater musculature. I know how to control that fat. It will range from aerobics morning and evening .

regardless of bulking or cutting, 3 meals a day of garbage food does not supply the body what it needs to grow. you can do what you want bro but im telling you the facts. trust me.

i wouldn't call it garbage food, at least not in my dictionary. If you think about it basically protein and carbs are all there microscopically, well yes fat are there but like i said before they could be controlled. I'm jogging on daily basis at the house though, too hot in florida to jog outside.
