I want to let you know...Lee Priest, Dorian, Nassar, Ronnie, Flex, Lee Haney, Jay, Shaun, and even Arnold....Are all guys IVE NEVER MET. but I do have an Idea or two about bumb fucks and this silly little subject. but I am not going to put any brain power in to this. from the words of the Matt and Trey it's not his fault he's a tool BLAME CANADA.

Yeah dude I know, I saw that pic like a few weeks ago...def. not you and why the hell would you even want to eat fast food a few times a day....look at the majority of people who eat there, I don't think I've ever even seen a guy who was in pro bb shape or anywhere near it at mcdonalds..come on get real...

...someone send this man to the wood shop, he needs to hang out with all the other tools! that's pretty sweet though, posting pics of other people and saying it's you when you eat like shit. in fact i think i saw you on the street a few days ago, you were... how shall we word this nicely... you were shade! it would seem you've unfortunately also bought stupidity in bulk, and if having met or seen pro-body builders and their videos makes one an expert, well i'm gonna catch a flight to so cal in the next few days. the difference between pros and you? they shut up, read up, and bulk up. go ahead and start with that first one there, in case you missed it it's SHUT UP. then read up, and no, not the nutritional guide handed out in brail for blind people at the counter, but actually learn something. while you're at it please place the coffee cup between your legs and brake suddenly. remember, reading up is negated when you don't shut the fuck up! when you grow and are ready to post pics of yourself, go for it!

this is an unreal thread. All i know is that when i used to eat fast foods regularly, all i did was mess up my gut. Now im paying the price dieting down. No more of that for me, damn street food..
