My diet for those that wanted to know.

Ok guys this is what I am currently eating. Im in offseason now but as you can see im still eating pretty clean. If I want a pizza or a cheese steak I will eat it but this is what I follow most of the time. If you notice The first 4-5 meals are all protein and carbs and then the last 4-5 meals are all protein and fat. I use insulin early in the day so I cant take in much fat at that time. As the day goes on and it gets later I switch to Protein and fat when the slin has run out of my body. I dont like to eat many carbs later in the day anyway, it keeps fat gain to a minimum. If you have any questions let me know. I also use Creatine, Multi Vit, and Milk Thistle.

Meal 1: 9am. 1200 calorie Weight Gainer Shake Mixed with Oatmeal and Cranberry Juice in a blender.

Meal 2: Pre Workout. 11am. 2 scoops Whey protein mixed with some fruit juice.

Meal 3: Post Workout. 1pm. 3 scoops Isopure, 12oz Fruit Juice 10g Creatine.

Meal 4: 2pm 6 Chicken Tenders mixed up with 2 cups of pasta

Meal 5: 3:30pm 6 Chicken Tenders, 6oz bowl of oatmeal with berries and honey.

Meal 6: 5:30pm 4 Chicken Tenders and 8oz Brown rice mixed with some hot sauce.

Meal 7: 7:30pm 9-10oz lean beef and a few scoops of Peanut Butter

Meal 8: 9:30pm 2 whole eggs and 6 egg whites scrambled and a few scoops of peanut butter

Meal 9: (Before Bed) 11:00pm 2 scoops whey protein

By the way, the chicken tenders are the Tyson Brand Skinless Boneless 100% Chicken Breast from Costco in the big bags. 2 tenders has 30 grams of protein so when I eat 6 tenders im getting 90 grams of protein per meal.

Holy Crap that's a lot of food. And you are staying pretty lean doing that. Amazing! Eating that much sounds like paardise for me. I'm an endomorph and 3500 cals is maintainance. That's got to be around double. Any idea what total cal, pro, fat, and carbs are? Still can't beleive it after reading it twice.

He's on slin so meals 3-6 are high in protein, moderate in carbs and low in fat. Plus he's got enough jin to rival the devil. As far as I can tell, the man is pretty lean and still built like a tank.

90 grams of protein per meal? Have read somewhere that your body (regardless of gear) can only process a certain amount (45-60Max) @ one time. everything over is treated like fat. Let me know.

Not when you take exogenous insulin.

How would a person then be able to determine the right amount of protein? Even if looking @ their genetics, how would they know when enough was enough?

without slin, assuming you arent geneticly gifted here is one method.(assuming off cycle as a.s. increases uptake)

take 4 sccops of whey in water, 80-84 grams depending on the whey.

if your wasting it your stomach will tell you
if you are, cut it to three scoops and judge your bodys reaction/digestion.

most people can uptake 60 grams at one time fairly easily, if your still not sure your not overduing it add a digestive aide it will slow digestion and help your small intestine absorb some more of the protein.

2 scoops is great for most people. but three can add grams of protein and size.

I'm 5'6" , 185lbs, 10%bf. Currently @ 800-1000mg (never know how much you ACTUALLY get) of enanthate weekly. Because of my body frame, I've been keeping my protein @ no more than 50g in one setting, usually 6-8 times a day. Stomach always feels funny, i eat so damn fast, plus consume no less than 4000 calories/day. would love to take in more protein at one time, would gain much better.
