How many of those tenders to you consider one serving. I buy those as well and I just cook around 2-3 per sitting and count that as around 40g of protein. What do you do?

If you're talking about tenders then it takes me 6-7 to get the scales to 8oz which would be about 40-50 grams of protein. I think the bag used to label 3-4 tenders as one 4oz serving...

That would make sense, cuz the label now only reads as one serviing = 4 oz. So what am I to do buy a damn scale? I think not. So I'll cook 3-4 at a time to get 25g or protein from one serving.

Good idea...

Or....

You could buy a scale for $20 and never have to guess about any of your foods ever again . I bought one for accuracy on contest dieting and now I use the damn thing for EVERYTHING......

I actually just bought one last night at Wal-mart in the kitchen section. They have cheapy spting operated ones for $10 which my wonderful girl the penny pincher wanted me to buy but I got the digital one for $30 because I figure there no point in weighing the stuff if it isnt going to be accurate. She weighed out our meals for today and was very happy that we had the digital one. I for one, wouldnt have been able to guess and come close to the right amount by weight.
