Question about beer

Does anyone know how many calories and how many carbs in a regular beer bottle? 341ml like Molson Canadian for example (5.0 % alcohol)

no beer if you're trying to cut! it's all empty cals AND it makes you less inhibited thus opening up to over-eating and over-indulging!!!

It's good for bulking though.

Beer holds no place in bodybuilding bulking or cutting. It dose nothing for your muscles. The occasional celebration on July 4th or whatever is fine to have a few drinks but dont make it a habbit.

The macronutrients of beer is not as important as alcohol's effect on hormone levels. If you want to take a worthless drug do estrogen therapy. Other than that stay sober and be big bro!

I was just asking as I have been on this low carb high protein diet and exercising for the past month and have been doing so well. The other night I went out with a couple of my buddies to a local bar and before you know I had about 5 beers. Just wanted to know how much this affected me and I know it is not good for you but one day a month I need to relax and splurge a bit.

Definitely won't make it a daily habit.

one hight of 5 beers will not kill you or ruin whatever gains you have had. Definately want to leave it for special occasions though and not make it a common thing. Dont sweat one night. should have just made it six to finish off the sixer
