I like eating my oatmeal in luke warm water, it gets too thick and gooey in hot water. You should try it that way before you give up on it.

I say oatmeal is the only way to go bro...gives me great energy in the mornings...luckily I like oatmeal anyways, but try throwing some fruit or cinnamon in to help with the taste

Yea, me too. I like it runny, sometimes I just use cold water.

Love oatmeal... I have recently incorporated more meals with it.

I boil water, add a small handfull of raisins, sliced almonds, a scoop of chocolate whey and some cinnnamon. This goes well with my dozen egg whites in the morn

when i first started eating oatmeal, i ate it like beefcake, runny w/ too much water...nearly soup-like....I hated it, made me gag

now i don't use as much water, its not soupy at all....so i guess try both ways, add water or take water out

I usually put mine in a blended shake also. You can just drink it down and it seems to go down smoother. I just put 2 bananas, 1.5 cup oats, milk, 2 scoops unflavored or vanilla protein, and a little ice cream in a blender and it tastes pretty good and I eat more oats easier than I would plain.

here's what i do. because i used to despise oatmeal and anything that even resembled it. i take half a cup of unflavored oatmeal which has 0gms of sugar, and quaker makes a 50% less sugar oatmeal. i use half a cup of cinnamon apple which has 6gms of sugar mix them and tada i can actually eat it. i tried the splenda, fruit, cinnamon, and none of them were going down, this is the only way i can eat the stuff.
