Protein in a can, damaged?
After my workout at a gym, i have to go stright to work, so i buy a can of nitro tech protein shake, tastes awesome. i recently read that 87% of canned protein is damaged and wont repair muscle tissue. is this true? or am i ok with a post workout shake from a can>?

Never heard of this. Have heard that flavor suffers vs glass but don't understand why a can would destroy so much protein. I'm sure YJ would probably know.

Did you read this right under the Nitro-Tech ad?
I have never heard this. A simple plastic container wouldnt degrade protein powder. The only reasoning I can see behind such a claim would be shipping via the can and the potential for extreme heat and enviromental conditions. I can see and possibly believe something like 8% but 87% is a bit comical in my opinion.
