hey bro, it all depends what type of job u got bro. Also on how u get along with ur boss. Like me what i did this summer that i had a 7:30am-4:00pm job, I bought some MEAL REPLACEMENTS and Protein shakes.

Try doing this bro.

7-7:30am: First thing in the morning before going to work have a big breakfest, all protein and some carbs. Try eating 3 eggs and a shake. Each egg is about 6grams of protein, so that 18-20 grams, and have a shake 2-30 grams of protein.

9:30am-10am: Try having a meal replacement shake. Average 45-50grams of protein.

12pm: Lunch. Eat what u desire bro.

2-3pm: try eating a protein bar or pack something to work (tuna, chicken strips, chicken pieces, chunks of meat). But make sure to have them in a lunch box type or something.

5pm: what u desire

8pm: same as above

10-11pm: before going to bed have a Protein shake with a banana.

you can't eat at your desk? if it's a desk job and you're still working while you eat, i don't understand what the issue is.

you should always try to eat every 2-3 hours - and NO you shouldn't eat all you want in one sitting. you really should eat similarly sized meals 6-7 times a day.

Yea, some bosses are anal and think it looks unprofessional and only allow eating in the break room. I say take your goods with you in to the bathroom and grub away. Nobody sees you, and you can always tell your boss you're constipated or were doing a crossword puzzle or something.

If he allows you to have drinks, just make home-made meal replacements in a shaker cup.

Nothing quite like sneaking a chocolate & peanut protein bar while you're hiding in the shitter.

Good choice of flavor on the protein bar. That's the best flavor in that situation. Really complements the sewer browny marinating in the stall next to you.

having a protein bar or shakes are better than nothing, from not getting enough food in, i prefer a bar or a shake, good choices dude.

I am pretty lucky, I am in construction and my boss has no problem with my 10am and 3pm meal break. Sometimes when we need to bust ass I will leave my lunch box open and just take a bite or two every few minutes. If I can plan ahead for a bust ass day I will blend some oatmeal and sometimes a banana in my protein shake. The oatmeal makes it a little gritty but hey, you gotta do it.

Sixpack
Blend some oats and whey together and put them in an empty water bottle and take that with you or some powder and oats in a shaker bottle add water and down it on your break

I'm lucky, i work for myself so i can pretty much eat when i want, within reason, but i have always made up my shakes in the morning, I take an esky with me to work with everything in it, including the ice bricks. I always have it within a couple of metres from me 80% of the time. You could try this in the workshop. When you have a couple of secs to spare(when the boss isnt lookin) have a scull of a shake. I once had a boss who would say that every second i took to eat added up, i told him that i was a diabetic and that i was drinking glucose and if i didnt have it every couple of hours i could harm myself. He never said another word about it. Dumb prick lol
