Diet Dr. Pepper

It says it has zero cal., zero sugar, zero everything. Is it good to drink? My friend drinks this. He offers me some but I stay away from any soft drinks. Diet or regular. Whats the deal with this beverage if their is any.

I just read a little while back about carbonated bev's and bodybuilding. The carbonation can actually inhibit proper digestion of meals. How much does it inhibit absorbption of food? I have no idea, it's probly different depending on the person and what your are eating. If your not used to consuming carbonated drinks it may affect you rmore than some one else who drinks them more frequently. Symptoms similar to IBS can occur. No fun there. Otherwise aspartame is kinda nasty due to it's toxicity. It won't kill you though.

bonebreaker is on a distinguished road
Thumbs up

If you look closely, I believe that Dr. Pepper doesn't use Aspartame anymore. It's the new item that's now available. It's real sugar with the calories removed. I'm pretty sure that's the case. BB

sana will become famous soon enough
you can have diet sodas every once in a while. just don't use it as your main source of hydration. there's quite a bit of sodium in pop.

Didn't diet dr pepper have saccharin in it? I guess since you're not a lab animal, you won't have to worry about getting cancer.
