Flax Seed oil is a good source of omega 3 fatty acids. They are essential fatty acids that are required for proper human growth and development. Studies have shown that omega 3's help to enhance metabolism, aid fat loss, reduce inflammation, and contribute to general health and longevity. As far as cream of wheat, I don't know the nutrient profile on it. I just stick with oatmeal.
