check this out buddy. If u ate that already thats cool, i aint gonna say anything about it cause we at times do that, but it makes u a better person in knowing not to next time. Like if u have cravings like that, have it once a month the most. Dont do it every wee, or even every other day. Keep it cool and simple, dont over do it too.

ABOUT EMPTY CALORIES: think of a guy or girl who drinks alot of beer. Beer belly, flabby arms, thunder thighs, jiggly butt. Things like that are what come from empty calories. Not to mention a beer belly. U cannot get a beer belly from ice cream but u sure can gain something similar if taken in excess.

About empty calories bro, it wont put on muscle. I know its something yummy and all, but those are foods u gotta aviod. Check this out, with that u ate u couldnt had a chicken breast, tuna, or a huge steak. U say 10 grams of protein, would u have that or a chicken breast with at least 40-50 depending on size. U be the judge. Lets say ur eating right, and u had that ,meal (ice cream) ur gonna be stuffed as hell, and probably wont have a shake or a meal hours later when u could have had something good in u. You know what i mean brother.

The carbs from pasta are different bro. I mainly use those for bulking along with either bits of meat or chicken.

You're human, consider it a re-feed and move on. Sometimes taking in a lot of carbs at once is good to keep your metabolism steady, if and only if you've been in a hypocaloric/low carb diet, if not, suck it up as a loss and quit buying ice cream and you wont be tempted to eat it.

yeha i dont indulge often, lil bro came in to visit and hes a fat mofo so all sorts of junk in the house now. as for ben and jerrys, pretty damn hard to start eating it and not eat the whole pint, especially eating it out of the container =P, im not worryd about that fat seeing as i am around 9-10% i was just curious if the 1200 cals would add any on to my muscle....guess not tho
