it all depends where u live bro, i dont think these grocery stores are around the nation, i could be wrong. Keiser, Goliath, and other texans know about them, called H.E.B. Its a big chain company here in Texas.

The brand is the store brand and contain 16 servings of chicken breats/tenders. Gonna make some right now

Throw in a few ice-cubes, they agitate the contents while you shake it giving it a better consistency, usually. i find some shakes you just can't do shit to make them smooth without a blender, and i can only wash the blender so many times in a given day.

Just thought I would bump this post back up.

Whats cool about these boards is you can look at the exact times of post from years ago. I was looking at this thread trying to figure out the exact times of my meals. Im going back to the exact same diet and time schedaul.

Cant wait to get back to jersey and back to costco.

Whats funny is that we are moving back to the same apartments were I took these pics over 2 years ago. Should have never left jersey. lol.

So, do you marinate the chicken in anything? Or do you eat it with anything to give it flavor, or do you just like the taste? Would it be bad if I were to marinate in lemon and then cook it?

Bro don't eat bland food unless you are getting ready for a show there is no reason to eat plain tastless food, you can make your food as tasty as possible just don't fry it or go over board with the salt and the some other sauces and shit.

Great post Bouncer.

I thought sodium was bad...everyone keeps saying to stay away from it and like EVERY marinate I like has a good deal of sodium in it...I am trying to cut.

Like I said bro don't go over board with the stuff just use a little bit to make it tasty. Plus if you are drinking a gallon or more water a day you do need to replenish your sodium anyways.

I just had this this morning just to see what it was like and added a couple spoons n peanut butter, I have to say wether you can digest the eggs or not they improved the consistency and held the oats together better, usually all the oats sink to the bottom of my mug. tasted pretty good too.

stomachs making a couple noises though, must be the raw egg

ok my usual breakfast. 5 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 1 slice of white cheese, a few oz of red peppers, green peppers, and some other vege's. Very little is added to add flavor

Also i have 2 pieces of multi-grain bread as my carb source
