Big ass lunch boxes. I have two lunchbox/coolers and ice packs I take with me everyday. I drink a bottle of water with every meal, spare protein bars just in case, all my meals etc....

cooler/ice chest with bar-b-q'ed chicken eaten cold is awesome. protein powder with water in a shaker works wonders too. there's almost no excuse not to eat.

Deffinitely bring a cooler. Make all your food in bulk and advance. Then just pack it all up and eat it as you see fit at work. YOu can also get jerkey and wheat bread. Or shakes, or tuna sandwiches, or peanuts. You can always get enough food, you just have to invest the time to make and pack it.
