are all shakes good
I saw some protein shakes at a store. They were like 4 for a dollar. 20 grams of protein and 7 grams of carbs. The fat was low. I mean as in good just too add some protein in the body. Im currently taking some Solid Whey, was talking ProRated but ran out so i got some Solid Whey.
Could those protein shakes be useful in a way too, after a workout of something. The brand I would put in but forgot it. I also remember that store used to see the original Mext-rx bars for about 50 cents each. There was alot of good shit there.

This is just me, but I prefer something with a good PER and PDCAAS score right after a workout. The rest of the day I keep stuff that's not rated for snacks. The slower stuff like without BCAA's is actually good like - real food - stays in the system longer.

Well certain shakes are a better product then others but if your just looking to add protein I dont see a problem with it.

i wouldn't want to have that cheap stuff as a "staple" - but if you're just looking to throw in some extra protein, go for it.
