Diet Check (Please)

Goal: maintainance

Currently 6', 180 lbs, 10% bf.

Calculated my BMR at around 3000 cals.

Thinking a 40 / 30 / 30 (pro / carbs / fat) split.

How's this look?

1 2 scoops protein powder
Oatmeal .75 cups dry oats
Flax 1 tablespoon

2 Chicken (5 oz)
Sweet potato 3.5 oz
Flax 11 grams

3 Chicken (5 oz)
Brown Rice 1.25 cups cooked
Flax 11 grams

4 Lean Beef (6 oz)
Red Potato 4.0 oz
Flax 11 grams

5 Chicken (5 oz)
Rice .75 cups cooked
Flax 11 grams

PWO 2 scoops protein Powder
Banana or apple

6 1 can Tuna
Rice 0.5 cups cooked or .5 cups dry oats
Mayo 2 tablespoons

That would put me at 3000 cals

300 grams protein
225 grams carbs
100 grams fat

thoughts?

thanks for taking a look.

I'd say increase your protein intake by 2oz at each meal, and no carbs past your 4th meal

Pfff...what do you know? I say add about 2oz of more protein to your meals and don't consume any carbs once you've eaten your fourth meal.

sounds good. that keeps cals at 3000, increases protein to 360 and decreases carbs to 175.
